Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the contiguous United States, by way of either UPS or USPS. If you have special requests for provider, please contact us. For inquiries to shipping to Alaska or Canada, please contact us directly at steve@swingclear.com for a shipping quote.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at steve@swingclear.com within 7 days of delivery and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If an item is returned, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
